Front of House Assistant

We are currently looking to recruit Front of House Assistants to join our amazing team!

Are you looking for a fun, sometimes fast-paced role? Do you love coffee, cocktails, great vibes and working with an awesome team? Bridges Espresso Bar is looking for part-time weekend and evening staff to join us in creating a welcoming space for our amazing customers!​

As part of the Bridges team, you'll be a team player who is reliable, passionate about our guests experience and be proud of our products. You’ll report to the Manager and play a key part in the smooth running of the business. We want to create a winning team that will deliver the best service and high-quality produce, ensuring our guests return to us day after day and week after week. We have variety of shifts available from 8:00am to 00.30am, over Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please note that due to the nature of the business all applicants should be over the age of 18.

 

Your role as Front of House Assistant:
 

• To deliver a varied drinks menu for our customers with care and style in line with Bridges training and standards

• Deliver the highest standard of service to our guests

• Provide table service to our guests

• Take orders using our ePos system

• Maintain standards of health and safety, and cleanliness at all times

• Communicate clearly with colleagues and customers

• Support management with day to day operations

What we are looking for:
 

• Experience in hospitality is preferable, though training will be given to all staff

• Someone who is friendly and approachable and passionate about delivering great service

• A motivated team player who can work confidently as part of a team

• A clear communicator who can multitask and works well under pressure

• A positive can-do attitude towards all aspects of the role, who is always looking to improve and have a positive response to feedback
